Symptoms
Cannot browse proxied server when attempting to open a collection on target machine via Archiver. Receiving error in content server log: "Event generated by user 'username' at host '<host machine>'. Unable to retrieve the list of archives for the collection '<target machine>'. Permission denied. Address 'xxx.xxx.xx.xx' is not an allowable remote socket address.
