Goal

The default Oracle Forms runtime menu provides the Last criteria option from the Query pull-down, which brings up the most recent query
criteria. You can implement this same functionality, so you can avoid altering the default WHERE clause of a block. This bulletin describes
how to do this and simulates the exact functionality of the Last criteria menu option.
