External Users Logging In With Upper Case Names Not Pulling All Attributes

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When external users from Active Directory (AD) are logging into the Content Server, they are able to do so with either lower or upper case names (i.e. 'abc123' or 'ABC123'). However, if users login with an all upper case name (i.e. 'ABC123') not all of the user attributes are pulled back from the AD servers.
