how do I hide dClbraNameACLButton and xLifeCycleID fields? (Doc ID 450664.1)

Symptoms

When trying to hide these fields in my Content Server.

1) dClbraNameACLButton, is always visible and will not go away - even
when CollaborationManager is uninstalled.

2) xLifeCycleID, this comes from Records Management.
