Mixed Case Table Columns Cause Schema Exception "csSchViewColumnsMissing" Post Migration to Another Instance (Doc ID 451086.1)

Symptoms

The below exception is thrown after you migrated Schema Tables and Views from an older version of Content Server into a newer version (typically 7.1.1 to 7.5.x, or 7.5.x to 10g) and attempted to edit a migrated Table's values
