Symptoms

After opening a sealed PDF file and entering the user credentials into the Oracle IRM Desktop/Unsealer, the computer becomes unresponsive for a period between 1 and 15 minutes. This only happens with sealed PDF files; other sealed formats work correctly and unsealed PDF files also open without issue.
