How to Find and Delete Folders Based on Collection ID

Goal
Normally, to delete a folder, you can navigate to that folder and then select Delete from the Actions dropdown list. However, if you do not know where the folder is located in the folder hierarchy, it is not easy to navigate to this folder. You are still able to delete the folder in this case as long as you have the Collection ID of the folder.
