Symptoms

The following error is seen in the error_log file:

[Tue Aug 14 21:47:09 2007] [error] [client <CLIENT_IP_ADDRESS>] [ecid: <ECID>]
mod_plsql: /pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_logout HTTP-503 ORA-6502 Call to WPG_SESSION API Failed.

 The issue is related to users located in a non-default Identity Management Realm.
