When will Failure Notification be Sent if Retry is Set in Rwservlet Request (Doc ID 457103.1)

A report is sent to reports server using both SCHEDULE parameter with retry option and notifyFailure parameter.
EXAMPLE:

http://<host>:<port>/reports/rwservlet?...&SCHEDULE=07:50_AUG_28,_2007_retry_3_after_1_hour&notifyFailure=<email address>

If the report is run and fails to complete, it is added to the scheduled jobs list again to run at the next interval of 1 hour later(as specified in the schedule) but NO failure notification is sent.

So the question is this: Will the notification failure only be sent after all the retries have
failed?
