Running Records Manager Batch Processes Fail with 'GET_EXTERNAL_ITEM_SEARCH_RESULTS' Error (Doc ID 458438.1)

Symptoms

All physical record searches no longer function, and errors are generated when the Records Manager
batch processes run:

 


Errors: Content Server Request Failed
Unable to execute service GET_EXTERNAL_ITEM_SEARCH_RESULTS and function
getExternalItemSearchResults.
(System Error: Unable to create result set for query 'SELECT COUNT(*) FROM ExtItems,ExtItemsRM
WHERE (ExtItems.dID = ExtItemsRM.dID)
AND ExtItems.dRmaProcessState <> 'D''. ORA-00904: "EXTITEMS"."DRMAPROCESSSTATE": invalid
identifier)

The running of the nightly batch processes produces errors in the Database Log:
