Receiving Error When Implementing Web Service Using SSL (Doc ID 458585.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to implement a Web Service, the following error is occuring on the "Create Web
Service Reference page":

The WSDL document was unretrievable because either the URL you supplied was invalid, your
environment requires a valid proxy server address for HTTP requests and you have not defined one
for this application, or a wallet needs to be configured for this instance of Application Express
for HTTPS requests.


The Web Service is using the HTTPS protocol.
An SSL certifcate has been created and has been implemented in the HTTP Server wallet.
