Symptoms

Content Tracker will not install on a 64-bit UNIX system, and generates an error message such as:

component: contenttracker.server.ContentTrackerInstallFilter.getOS_V75( ) - ERROR - Unexpected OS name aix64 Exception type is 'java.lang.Throwable'.

Error Configuring ContentTracker: Cannot extract sctfp file, could not determine platform-specific path. - Cannot Continue Exception type is 'java.lang.Throwable'

contenttracker.server.ContentTrackerInstallFilter.doInstall( ) - FATAL ERROR - Fatal Error: Unexpected Exception intradoc.common.ServiceException: Cannot extract sctfp file, could not determine platform-specific path. Exception type is 'java.lang.Throwable'.

Unable to execute ContentTracker install filter. intradoc.common.ServiceException: Cannot extract sctfp file, could not determine platform-specific path.
