SAP User Management Connector Does Not Reconcile Changes to OIM From The SAP HR Target System (Doc ID 459750.1)

Symptoms

We are using the SAP HR reconciliation connector. The reconciliation is trusted mode. First time reconciliation reconciled the users and the users created to the OIM. That is working fine.
If  user records are changed on the SAP HR then the connector do not reconcile any change.
