Currently the JDBC Thin Driver can be used:
- with a local TNSNAMES.ORA file and have only an alias used to connect to the database
- with an LDAP connect string ("jdbc:oracle:thin:@ldap://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/<SERVICE NAME>")

Is it possible to pass only an Alias to the Thin Driver AND have it resolved via an LDAP server?
