Symptoms

The  "opmnctl start" returns "pingwait exits with 1228584" as follows:

<ORACLE_HOME>\opmn\bin>opmnctl start
pingwait exits with 1228584
opmnctl: opmn start failed

The ons.log shows:

07/10/12 13:38:57 [2] Failed to open wallet (file:<ORACLE_HOME>\opmn\conf\ssl.wlt\default) [default password]: 28759
07/10/12 13:38:57 [1] SSL disabled
