Last updated on AUGUST 29, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Application Server Single Sign-On - Version 10.1.4.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Imported the SSO data from 9.0.4 SSO into SSO 10.1.4.0.1. From the log file found the following errors:

"Error: copy_subscriber_prefs failed" and "Error in copying data: Ora-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows".

Steps to Reproduce Problem:
=====================
1) export SSO (9.0.4) data using using the following commands:
ssomig -export -s orasso -p orasso_password -c asdb -log_d $ORACLE_HOME/sso/log

2) import SSO data into SSO 10.1.4.0.1 using the following commands:
ssomig -import -overwrite -s orasso -p <ORASSO_SCHEMA_PASSWORD> -c destination_sso_db -log_d
/path_of_ssoimp -d ssoimp.dmp -log_f imp.log

3) The imp (10.1.4.0.1) log was uploaded as "ssomig.log",and the source (9.0.4) exp log was uploaded as "source_ssomig.log".

-We are importing SSO data into SSO (10.1.4.0.1). The metadata repository is 10.1.4.0.1, but the
database version is 10.2.0.3.
-We installed the Oracle Identity Management in a Distribute Style, ie., Single Sign-on middle
tier, OID middle tier, and metadata repository database in separated servers.
- Our source sso data was from an export of 9iAS 9.0.4. In the source instance we do have
Discoverer.
-Our source SSO was 9iAS 9.0.4, and it was upgraded from 9.0.2 two years ago.
