Opmn Will Not Start After Securing With New Wallet (Doc ID 464212.1)

Symptoms

While creating a new wallet and copying the wallet into each of the nodes across cluster and modifying the opmn.xml in each node to point to the new wallet, one mid tier node was up and running but another failed to start up due to invalid password issue. OPMN will not start on the Node where the Wallet was created, but starts fine on the other instance.
