Unable to Deploy a BPEL Process Using Ant Script due to HTTP-404 Error (Doc ID 466210.1)

Symptoms

When trying to deploy any BPEL process using ant script the following error occurs:

BUILD FAILED
build.xml:79: A problem occurred while connecting to server
"hostname" using port "port": <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML
2.0//EN">
