IPM Web Express Is Crashing When Trying To Display A Large Number Of Images In The Viewer (Doc ID 468544.1)

Symptoms

When trying to display 35+ images in the 10g Image Viewer, IPM Web Express crashes. The Image Viewer window is displayed and all the tabs say “loading” but images never display.

After this happens, it is not possible log back into IPM Web Express. The login page displays, but hangs after entering the login info.

This issue can also produce the following errors:

“Unspecified AJAX error –HTTP status:2”
“Stack overflow at line:0” .
