"Go To Page" Functionality Not Working On IPM Windows Client Viewer (Doc ID 468551.1)

Symptoms

"Go To Page" button experiences problems when attempting to navigate back and forth through pages in a document, on both Tab, SDI and MDI Modes.

For example:

  1. View a multi-page document in the production client viewer, click the "Go To Page" button, enter 4 for the page number, click OK and the image will display.
  2. Use the "Go To Page" button to display page 2 and the image is displayed.
  3. Use the "Go To Page" button to display page 4 again and it will not display (page 2 is still displayed).
