When Using the IPM AWSER URL Tool to Search, Printing Functions and the "Next Page" Button Are Not Available in the Viewer (Doc ID 468778.1)

Symptoms

When using the IPM Web SDK AWSER URL tool (Search and Retrieval tool), on viewing the retrieved document, the "Next Document" button is grayed out, there is no "Next Page" button available, and printing does not work.

This functionality is available if logging into a web client and searching manually without using the IPM Web SDK AWSER URL tool.
