Symptoms
There is a cluster with 2 nodes on Windows XP platform.
When checking the status of the cluster using:
$opmnctl @cluster status
there is one node not showed in the cluster.
Changes
Windows Firewall is ON in Windows XP platforms where the OAS 10.1.3.x are installed.
