Applies to:

Oracle HTTP Server - Version to [Release AS10gR2 to AS10gR3]
Generic Windows
- This information applies only to installations running on Microsoft Windows.
- This was written for 10g version, but same concepts apply to 11g

The ipm.log file shows intermittent ping failures to the HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~1 component. The OPMN monitor is killing the HTTP Server when ping checks seem to indicate it has
become unresponsive. The symptoms are confirmed in the ipm.log with:

07/12/03 10:14:44 [4] [libopmnohs] Process Ping Failed: HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~1 (686228084:5656) [The connection SSL receive timed out]
07/12/03 10:14:44 [4] [libopmnohs] Process Unreachable: HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~1 (686228084:5656)
07/12/03 10:14:44 [4] Stopping Process: HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~1 (686228084:5656)
