Oracle HTTP Server Intermittently Restarted by OPMN (Doc ID 469720.1)

The ipm.log file shows intermittent ping failures to the HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~1 component. The OPMN monitor is killing the HTTP Server when ping checks seem to indicate it has
become unresponsive. The symptoms are confirmed in the ipm.log with:

<date time> [4] [libopmnohs] Process Ping Failed: HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~1 (xxxxxxxxx:xxxx) [The connection SSL receive timed out]
<date time> [4] [libopmnohs] Process Unreachable: HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~1 (xxxxxxxxx:xxxx)
<date time> [4] Stopping Process: HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~HTTP_Server~1 (xxxxxxxxx:xxxx)
