'IDC PDF Converter' is not Printing to 'c:/temp/idcoutput.ps' (Doc ID 471515.1)

Symptoms

No documents are being converted to pdf files.  There is an error in the Inbound Refinery log which says:

 

Unable to convert, the printer 'IDC PDF Converter' is not printing to 'c:/temp/idcoutput.ps'.
