The IPM Document Index Server Is Receiving "Failure occurred in message class CFindIndexValuesQuery" Errors When Indexing (Doc ID 473268.1)

Symptoms

The following two errors are reported by the Document Index Server on each direct index operation.

"Error: Document Index Server: General error encountered while finding the index values."
"Failure occurred in message class CFindIndexValuesQuery."
