After completing External Authentication Plug-in the login to OIDDAS/SSO using AD user suddenly stops working and reports an "Authentication Failed" error in browser.
A restart of the OID server fixes the issue for a short time and then the problem occurs again.
Debugging the External Authen Plugin results in the following error: simple_bind_res: 81
