Data Is Not Formatted Correctly In Spreadsheet When Using "Send To Excel" From IPM Web Express Client

When using the "Send To Excel" option from the Web Express client, the data is not formatted correctly in the resulting Excel spreadsheet.
The following errors may be observed in the spreadsheet:
- There are no column headers (there are columns headers when using this feature from the full web or windows client)
- The first six columns are ambiguous and not part of the export when using this feature from the full web or windows client.
- The last column is ambiguous and not part of the export when using this feature from the full web or windows client.
- The column data doesn't line up when some of the records have null or blank data.
