The error can be reproduced by running Reports in any of the following ways:
1. Via Forms
2. From Portal
3. Directly from URL
4. In batch using rwclient

The error can be overcome by disabling Single Sign On functionality:
SINGLESIGNON=NO in the rwservlet.properties file.
