Collaboration Manager Search Fails with 'Unable to retrieve search results' Error in 10gR3 (Doc ID 552366.1)

Symptoms

The following error occurs performing a search once Collaboration Manager was installed. The
error is:

 

Content Server Request Failed
Unable to retrieve search results. Unable to retrieve search results. Unable to create result set
for query 'SELECT IdcColl2.dID, dDocName, dDocTitle, dDocType, dRevisionID, dSecurityGroup,
dDocAuthor, dDocAccount, dRevLabel, dFormat, dOriginalName, dExtension, dWebExtension, dInDate,
dOutDate, dPublishType, dRendition1, dRendition2, VaultFileSize, WebFileSize, URL,
dFullTextFormat, dFullTextCharset, DocMeta.*
FROM IdcColl2, DocMeta
WHERE IdcColl2.dID=DocMeta.dID AND (((((dSecurityGroup LIKE 'Finance') OR (dSecurityGroup LIKE
'Public')) OR (((dSecurityGroup LIKE 'Projects')) AND (CONTAINS(xClbraUserList, '&plead')))) AND
((dDocAccount LIKE '') OR (dDocAccount IS NULL) OR (dDocAccount LIKE 'prj%')))) ORDER BY dInDate
Desc'. Syntax error near 'plead' in the full-text search condition '&plead'.


 


Changes

Collaboration Manager and DBSearchContainsOpSupport components were installed on a 10.1.3.3.1 Content Server.
