When starting the IPM web client, the following error occurs:

Error Number:-200

Error Description:  Search Error

Checking for Local Data Cache

Locale data cache could not be created.

RegCreateKey could not open key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Optika\AcordeWebClientSetup.
