Getting "Access is denied" Error When Exporting Documents Using IPM Web Services (Doc ID 552544.1)

Symptoms

When using the Web SDK to export objects, the following error messages are received:

Windows API error: function: RegCreateKeyEx, error: 5, Description: Access is denied..
