EUS Connections Fail With ORA-28273 When uid Attribute Contains '@' In Mapping File

- Users synced from AD to OID have a value in the 'uid' attribute that contains the symbol '@'.
This causes EUS connections as those synced users to fail with:
- Mapping file entry is as follows:
userPrincipalName: : :user:uid: :inetorgperson:userPrincipalName:trunc(userprincipalname,@)
A synced user in OID has uid=<USERNAME>@<DOMAIN>.com.
When this value is modified in OID to a value without an '@', such as '<USERNAME>', EUS connections work correctly.
