Symptoms
When attempting to install and then run the Kofax release scripts, the following errors occur:
Error running release script "Stellent IBPM"
for batch class "<hidden>" and document class "<hidden>"
and
Error closing release script "Stellent IBPM"
for batch class "<hidden>" and document class "<hidden>"
Changes
The system may have recently been moved onto new hardware, or other environmental changes may have occurred - specifically IP address changes.
