ADPwdFilter Fails: "Unable to change user password. Please run configparameter.exe" (Doc ID 555633.1)

The user changed passwords are not being transferred from AD to OID and following error is
reported in the event log

.

Things done so far:

1. The AD synchronization to OID has been configured and is working as it should.

2. Are able to bind successfully from AD to OID using the ldapbindssl command.

3. The AD password filter has been installed with no problem
