Symptoms

Applied a cumulative roll up or merge patch for on top of Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 10.1.4.2.0, such as either of these cumulative merge Patches:
Patch #12 <Patch 6924018>
Patch #9 <Patch 6755231>
Patch #7 <Patch 6685243>.

The error is consistent from OViDmanager running from server or from a remote client.

Steps to reproduce:
Open OVD Manager > Connect to server > Reload from Server > Save All to Server.
