Symptoms
When attempting to add a service template in the SEIS Map tool on the PeopleSoft Enterprise One
data, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Production Client.
2. Navigate to SEIS Map tool.
3. Select Service Templates.
4. Select PeopleSoft Enterprise One Data.
5. Click Add.
