Intermittent FRM-93000 When Pressing Radio Button On The Form After Upgrade TO (Doc ID 556809.1)

After upgrading Forms there is occuring now intermittent the following error with specific Forms when pressing a Radio Button on the Form:

FRM-93000 : Unexpected internal error -->
- Forms session <93> aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process.
- Forms session <93> exception stack trace: FRM-93000: Unexpected internal error.
Details : No HTTP headers received from runform
In trace file you can see also:
<ABORT_FORMS_DIED Name="Forms encountered unexpected signal 6">

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the specific Form and
2. Press a Radio Button on the Form
