Receiving Error 24908 and Purge/Save Request Failure Errors on IPM Storage Server

Constantly receiving the following errors in the Storage server logs:
Save request on volume <Volume Name> for object <Object Name> failed to complete processing. Error 2
System restarts do not resolve the issue.
This issue usually occurs after objects have been deleted from IPM using a client (web or production).
