Runtime Platform Service Troubleshooting for OWB 11g (Doc ID 558038.1)

Purpose

This note helps you to solve the following problems:

- The Runtime Platform Service is running (Available), but the OWB client has no access to the Control Center
- The Runtime Platform Service cannot be started (Not Available)

The note is based on:

<Note 454044.1> - Data Collection Script for Oracle Warehouse Builder 11.1 and 11.2

This script collects data from the RDBMS where the OWBSYS Repository is installed.
