Symptoms
Oracle HTTP Server processes are not dropping as the configuration set for KeepAlive.
KeepAlive setting of 1800 would be 30 minutes, but using server-status to monitor, keepalive request are dropping after about 60 sec, even with keepalive set at 1800.
