This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
- Trying to configure Web Cache or HTTP Server with SSL
- Web Cache and HTTP Server starts successfully
- When accessing Web Cache or HTTP Server via Internet Explorer and HTTPS, a "Page Cannot Be Displayed Error is returned"
- There are no errors of note in the $ORACLE_HOME/webcache/log/event_log or $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log.
