Archiver Error Message - Unable To Find The File

Archiver quits, sometimes, during the transfer process. There is an error in the content server log saying:
"Failed to find indexable webviewable for content item MyDoc with revlabel 4 and dID 123450"
When you go to the content info page for the item it states:
"Conversion Error:Indexing failed. Unable to find the file '<Install>/weblayout/groups/public/MyDoc.doc'
The file is then stuck in GenWWW. When you try to resubmit the document it gives an error :
"The vault file <Insstall>/vault/MyDoc.doc could not be accessed"
