"Access is Denied" Error When Running Acorde2.Asmx (IPM Web Services) (Doc ID 562609.1)

When accessing the url HTTP://<MachineName>/IBPMWeb/services/acorde2.asmx, the below error is displayed on the page.

"Error loading configuration file: Failed to start monitoring changes to D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\IPBMWeb\web.config because access is denied."

When changing IIS to isolation mode, you will see the following error:

"Access denied to wwwroot\web.config"
