Symptoms
When generating XLS output, the generated file is empty. The other options under "Export Data" work well, e.g. XML
-- Steps To Reproduce --
Open SQL Worksheet
Enter query. E.g.: select sysdate from dual
Run query with green triangle option
Right click on the results screen on the data
Choose "Export Data" -> XLS
Click <apply>
This generates a file, but it is zero bytes in size.
