Spreadsheet Reports Generate Wrong Cell Format for Number Items (Doc ID 562794.1)

Symptoms

You have used "desformat=SPREADSHEET" when executed a report.

When opening the generated spreadsheet file using a PC that has a local language MS Excel version, some cells displays the value in wrong format - not as number.

The same report is correctly displayed when using an English version of MS Excel.

Selecting the cell and opening "Format Cell" dialog, the Category selected will be "Time".
