Purpose

This article provides FAQs to explain what happen when the Verity search index is rebuilt using the Repository Managers Collection Rebuild Cycle.  A Collection rebuild is required if any new metadata tables are added to the Content Server or if the current collection is damaged.

This is a general overview of the Rebuild process. This is useful for planning a Collection Rebuild Cycle or if there are problems during the Collection Rebuild Cycle.
