Identity Management (IM) cluster with:
- two Single Sign-On (SSO) nodes
- two Oracle Internet Directory (OID) nodes
- RAC Database (DB)

OID External Authentication PL/SQL based Plugin to Active Directory (AD) fails.

The plugin configuration seems correct. Telnet and ping tests from OID nodes to AD work.

Ping and telnet tests from DB nodes to AD fail.
