Symptoms
When attempting to view custom scripts in builder, Builder crashes. This happens if you create a new custom script, or convert an existing core product script to custom.
Builder crashes with a Microsoft debug screen pointing to "CustomScriptingWizard.dll".
Changes
Restricted permissions are commonly related to this type of issue.
