Not Able to See Any ESB Instances in ESB Control Due to [POL-5205] or ORA-00904 Column SEQ Not Found Error (Doc ID 567167.1)

On Basic installation, when attempting to deploy and run an ESB instance, it is not visible in ESB console and the following error occurs:

Activity monitor manager received an unexpected exception while processing the activity messages.
Due to the error "[POL-5205] column SEQ not found", the activity message could not be stored.

This error is relevant for OLITE databases; for "regular" database the error would be ORA-00904.
