Symptoms

You are following the installation steps for the mySOACompany Web and Application Tiers as outlined in the Application Server 10.1.3.3 Enterprise Deployment Guide but the install fails when installing Oracle BPEL Process Manager Instances onto the first Application Server node as per Step 3.11 Installing the Oracle BPEL Process Manager Instances on APPHOST1 and APPHOST2 from the Oracle BPEL Process Manager (10.1.3.1.0) CD.
